No knife to cut that binder twine? Here’s one hot tip that works everytime!

Maybe this is old news to you, but it sure wasn’t to me. I wish I had known about it before because it sure would have saved me many hours looking for a knife to cut those hay bales open.

All you need is a piece of binder twine. Pull the piece underneath the string that is to be cut, and now you just quickly pull it back and forth on the same spot. In seconds the string will get hot, melt and break. This is easily just as effective as a knife, if not more!

  • Cool tip, I’ve been doing this for years! Wouldn’t say it’s more effective than a knife though, I still always keep my knife on me.
